* Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their long-term financial objectives
* Conduct face-to-face or virtual consultations to explain complex financial concepts in an accessible way
* Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions and advice provided to ensure compliance and follow-up
Experience
* Previous experience working within the financial services sector, particularly in mortgage or insurance advice
* Strong understanding of mortgage products, protection plans, and related regulations
* Basic math skills for calculating loan options, interest rates, and affordability assessments
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly and confidently
* Demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients and deliver exceptional customer service
* Knowledge of industry compliance standards and best practices in financial advising
