The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

This opportunity for an Automotive Programme Manager offers the chance to work within a fast-paced Programme Management Office, supporting the successful delivery of complex automotive restoration programmes.
The Automotive Programme Manager will collaborate with engineering, operations, sourcing, and executive stakeholders to ensure programme objectives are achieved efficiently and effectively.
Utilising your experience in low volume program management, you’ll support senior PMO leadership whilst leading key programme activities, maintaining core programme documentation, coordinating engineering release activities and driving cross-functional delivery performance.
Key Responsibilities of the Automotive Programme Manager:
Programme Delivery Support:
Play a key role in delivering multiple vehicle programmes, ensuring projects remain on track from concept through to implementation.
Programme Documentation Management:
Own and maintain critical programme documentation, including Product Development Letters, High-Level Timing Plans, and programme investment records.
Meeting & Stakeholder Coordination:
Coordinate and drive programme meetings, facilitating engineering release activities, delivery schedules, and change control processes.
Prototype Build Support:
Support prototype build phases, ensuring programme requirements are effectively planned and executed.
Performance Reporting & Metrics:
Develop and maintain programme metrics, dashboards, and status reports, providing clear visibility of progress and performance.
Project & Initiative Leadership:
Lead smaller projects and targeted programme initiatives, taking ownership of successful delivery from start to finish.
Timing & Milestone Management:
Monitor programme timing plans and key milestones, proactively identifying risks and helping to keep delivery on schedule.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Foster strong cross-functional collaboration, working closely with engineering, manufacturing, and wider business teams to achieve programme objectives.
Engineering Release Coordination:
Support engineering release activities, ensuring timely implementation and alignment with programme requirements.
Change Control Management:
Manage programme changes effectively, ensuring robust control processes are followed and changes are implemented smoothly.
