The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

Randstad CPE is currently recruiting for a Site Agents to work in Liverpool on a high profile rail project.
The successful candidate will have previous experience working on multi-discipline rail projects and station upgrades.

Role Brief:
Working closely with the Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and coordination of site activities, administration, documentation, and supply chain partners to ensure the project is delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with programme requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day site operations and coordinate subcontractors
Oversee project documentation and site records, ensuring compliance with project and client requirements
Manage permits, site paperwork, inspection records, and quality documentation
Monitor supply chain performance and coordinate subcontractor activities
Support programme delivery, identifying and escalating risks and delays where required
Ensure works are carried out safely and in accordance with approved methodologies
Attend progress meetings and provide regular updates to the Senior Project Manager
Liaise with client representatives, stakeholders, subcontractors, and the wider project team
Support commercial and procurement activities as required Skills & Experience
Previous experience in a Site Agent, Site Manager, Sub-Agent, or similar construction delivery role. Rail experience is welcome but is not essential for the right candidate.
SSSTS/SMSTS and First Aid qualifications with CSCS gold card
Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating multiple work activities
Ability to maintain accurate project records and documentation
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
