Career progression
This role is designed as a gateway into Business Development and Account Management. High performers typically progress within 9–15 months into closing roles (BDM/AE), with opportunities to increase earnings significantly and take on larger, more strategic clients.

You’ll be engaging with SMEs across the UK across sectors such as professional services, hospitality, retail, and logistics—introducing solutions that help businesses improve efficiency, reduce costs, and scale operations.
What you’ll be doing
- Generating new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and outreach
- Qualifying leads and booking meetings for senior sales team members
- Building rapport with business owners and key decision-makers
- Understanding client needs and positioning relevant solutions
- Managing activity levels and working towards individual targets
