Laser Setter Operator

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm

We're looking for an experienced and motivated Laser Setter Operator to join a busy and successful manufacturing team based in Andover. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a hands-on, fast-paced environment where quality and teamwork are key.

What You'll Be Doing

Setting and operating CNC laser cutting machines
Loading materials using crane or forklift
Producing high-quality laser-cut parts to specification
Deburring and preparing parts ready for production
Performing machine checks, maintenance, and fault reporting
Supporting wider production when needed (press brake, assembly, fitting)
Breaking out parts from laser beds
Ensuring all work meets quality standards and production deadlines

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in laser setting/operation
Forklift experience essential
Ability to read and interpret drawings and job instructions
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Comfortable using hand and power tools
Team player with a proactive, can-do attitudeAdvantageous:

Experience operating a Press Brake
Forklift licence
Full UK driving licence
