Your responsibilities as Sales Executive

Make proactive outbound calls to prospective UK customers, developing new opportunities and building a strong account base
Promote the company’s products and services to key decision-makers across a wide range of businesses
Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products and solutions
Maintain regular contact with customers to strengthen relationships, retain business and identify further opportunities
Source and develop leads, progressing successful prospects into ongoing accounts
Keep customer information up to date, coordinate orders with the administration team and build your product knowledge through ongoing training
What we’re looking for in a Sales Executive

Strong previous experience in telesales, business development or a similar B2B sales environment
Proven experience of outbound prospecting, lead generation and developing new customer accounts
Strong telephone communication and relationship-building skills
Experience of managing and developing customer accounts against sales targets
Confident user of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
