* Outdoor banksman duties
* Safely direct customers to the designated areas
* Sort waste into correct areas
* To ensure safe traffic movement at all times
* To follow all safe working procedures and policies
* To be an effective face to face and radio communicator
* To be able to think on your feet and self-risk assess
* To manage traffic around a business yard whilst enforcing the traffic management plan
* To report and inspect loads tipped
* Liaise with HGV drivers and direct them
* This is an active role which requires you to be mobile throughout the shift
* Ad-hoc duties as required
The ideal candidate:
* Previous banksman experience
* To be proactive and to be able to work under pressure
* Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
* A friendly and polite approach
* A can-do, positive attitude to work
* Flexibility approach to work
Schedule:
Monday - Thursday, 7am - 4pm
Friday, 7am - 3.30pm
Pay:
£13.25 per hour
