As Engineering Manager, you’ll lead multi-disciplinary teams through the full engineering lifecycle — from concept and design to testing and acceptance. You’ll take ownership of engineering work packages, ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality, safety, and technical integrity.

What you’ll be doing:

Leading and coordinating engineering activities across multiple disciplines.
Driving the delivery of technical solutions to time, cost, and quality targets.
Managing engineering resources, schedules, and reporting.
Developing specifications, documentation, and bid inputs.
Supporting design, test, and verification phases of projects.
Promoting best practice and continuous improvement across engineering processes.What you’ll need:

Strong background in electrical or electronic engineering (Degree, HND or equivalent).
Experience with CE/UKCA directives, EMC, electrical safety, and related standards.
Solid understanding of system engineering principles and lifecycle processes.
Proven ability to plan, deliver, and report on engineering work packages.
Excellent communication skills and confidence leading technical discussions.
