About the Role:
We're partnering with a rapidly growing online homewares brand based in Manchester to find a talented Merchandiser to join their team.

The Role:
As Merchandiser, you'll play a key role in driving the trading performance of your category, working closely with Buying, Planning, and the wider commercial team to maximise sales and profitability.
Key responsibilities will include:
Managing intake, stock flow and availability across your product categories, ensuring the right product is in the right place at the right time
Building and maintaining accurate sales, stock and intake plans in line with commercial targets
Analysing weekly and seasonal trade, identifying opportunities and risks, and recommending action
Working closely with the Head of Merchandising and Buying team to inform range planning and future strategy
Managing markdown and promotional planning to optimise stock and margin
Building strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth end-to-end product flow
Producing clear, accurate reporting to support trading decisions across the businessAbout You:
Proven experience as a Merchandiser (or strong experience as a Junior Merchandiser ready for the next step)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into clear commercial actions
Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities at pace
A proactive, hands-on approach - comfortable working in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment
Confident communicator, able to build strong relationships across buying, planning and the wider business
