The Package

Competitive salary of up £26,000 per year
37 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure a well-organised, compliant, and professional environment.
Coordinate workspace requirements, equipment, and desk bookings for new starters, existing employees, and leavers.
Manage office assets, records, maintenance schedules, and contractor relationships.
Act as the main point of contact for the landlord and property management team.
Monitor office supplies, support meeting room bookings, and handle general office administration.
Complete routine compliance checks and maintain office documentation.
Book and log all company travel and accommodation requests accurately.
Provide administrative support for sustainability and social value initiatives.Requirements

Experience working in a facilities, receptionist, or administration role.
Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to see situations from the customer's point of view.
Strong organisational skills with a flexible, proactive, and can-do attitude.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office packages and managing data accurately.
Strong team player capabilities with proven stakeholder engagement skills.
