We are currently seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join our growing team on a permanent basis. Working from our office in Yateley, you will be responsible for carrying out the installation, servicing, maintenance, and repair of a wide range of air conditioning systems across commercial and industrial sites.

The Role
* Service, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems.
* Carry out fault finding and diagnostics on a range of AC equipment.
* Install new air conditioning systems where required.
* Complete planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance.
* Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard.
* Accurately complete job reports and service documentation.
* Provide excellent customer service while representing the company on site.
* Liaise with the office team to ensure jobs are completed efficiently.
Requirements
* Previous experience as an Air Conditioning Engineer.
* Experience working on split systems, VRV/VRF, multi-splits, and chillers is advantageous.
* F-Gas Category 1 Certification (essential).
* Full UK Driving Licence.
* Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
* Good communication and customer-facing skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
