About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Labourer to join our team on projects across Norwich and the surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in maintaining a safe working environment, and wants to be part of a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

* Assisting tradespeople with day-to-day site activities.

* Loading, unloading, and moving construction materials.

* Keeping work areas clean, tidy, and safe.

* Following health and safety procedures at all times.

* Operating basic hand and power tools (where appropriate and trained).

* Assisting with site setup and general maintenance duties.

* Carrying out other general labouring tasks as directed by the site supervisor.

Requirements

* Previous labouring or construction experience is preferred but not essential.

* Must hold a valid CSCS Card.

* Good physical fitness and willingness to undertake manual work.

* Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.

* Ability to work well as part of a team.

* Strong awareness of health and safety practices.
