Field Service Engineer

We're supporting a leading defence engineering business in their search for a Field Service Engineer to join their Service team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer who enjoys travel, customer interaction, and hands-on work with advanced electro-mechanical systems. You'll be responsible for installing, commissioning, servicing, and supporting specialist equipment both across the UK and internationally.

Core Duties:
Installing, commissioning, and servicing specialist equipment
Diagnosing and resolving electrical, electronic, and electro-mechanical faults
Producing technical reports and service documentation
Delivering exceptional customer support on-site
Supporting equipment trials, testing, and training activities
Working closely with engineering and project teams to deliver customer solutionsAbout You:
HNC, HND, Degree, or equivalent in Electronic Engineering or a related discipline
Experience in a Field Service, Maintenance, or Technical Support role
Strong fault-finding skills across electrical, electronic, or electro-mechanical systems
Ability to interpret technical drawings and documentation
Customer-focused with excellent communication skills
Full UK Driving Licence and valid passport
