An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Litigation & Dispute Resolution Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join the highly regarded Dispute Resolution team at a well-established and respected law firm in Southampton.
To be considered you will be a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with previous experience in Civil Litigation.

The Role
You will manage a varied caseload of civil litigation matters, providing pragmatic and commercially focused advice to a diverse client base. Working both independently and as part of a collaborative team, you'll take ownership of files while ensuring clients receive a consistently high standard of service throughout the litigation process.
Your responsibilities will include:

Managing a varied caseload of civil litigation and dispute resolution matters
*
Advising clients on legal strategy and delivering practical, commercially focused solutions
*
Building and maintaining strong client relationships through exceptional communication and service
*
Managing matters efficiently from instruction through to resolution
*
Working collaboratively with colleagues on more complex disputes where required
*
Contributing to the continued growth and success of the Dispute Resolution team
*
Supporting business development initiatives and helping to strengthen the firm's reputation within the local market
About You
The successful candidate will be a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with previous experience in Civil Litigation.
You'll also demonstrate:

The ability to manage a busy and varied caseload with minimal supervision

Excellent organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
