Job Role of the Machine Operative

As a Machine Operative, you will be responsible for operating production machinery, maintaining product quality standards and ensuring production targets are achieved safely and efficiently.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting production operations whilst maintaining excellent standards of Health & Safety, GMP and Food Safety across the site.

Requirements
Operating production machinery safely and efficiently
Monitoring product quality and reporting any issues
Ensuring production targets are achieved
Maintaining GMP, hygiene and housekeeping standards
Completing production documentation where required
Supporting efficient production operations
Following Health & Safety procedures at all times
Working closely with colleagues across production departments
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives
