The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit a Senior Quality Assurance (SQA) professional to support the Quality Manager and play a key role in developing quality systems, reducing non-conformances and driving a zero-defects culture.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or FMCG environment who enjoys investigating problems, improving processes and making a genuine impact across the business.
The Role
Working closely with the Quality Manager, you will support the quality function across manufacturing operations, ensuring compliance with customer, legislative and industry standards whilst helping to deliver continuous improvement initiatives.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Supporting the site's Quality and Safety culture through proactive quality initiatives.
* Setting up and monitoring Statistical Process Control (SPC) on key products.
* Investigating internal and external non-conformances using Root Cause Analysis, 5 Whys and structured problem-solving techniques.
* Managing and implementing Corrective and Preventative Actions (CAPA).
* Conducting internal audits and supporting external audits including BRCGS, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
* Developing and maintaining quality documentation, SOPs, work instructions and quality procedures.
* Managing calibration systems and quality reference samples.
* Producing Certificates of Conformity, Declarations of Conformity and customer quality documentation.
* Carrying out product performance testing and measurement analysis.
* Producing quality reports and KPI analysis.
* Coaching and supporting colleagues on quality systems, procedures and best practice.
* Contributing to the company's World Class Manufacturing journey and continuous improvement strategy.
About You
We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving systems and working collaboratively across production and quality teams.
Ideally you'll have:
* Previous experience within a Quality Assurance role in a manufacturing environment (FMCG experience highly desirable).
* Experience of BRCGS and/or ISO 9001 quality management systems.
* Internal Auditor qualification or previous internal auditing experience.
* Strong knowledge of SPC, process capability and Root Cause Analysis techniques.
* Experience managing customer complaints and CAPA processes.
* Understanding of HACCP and product safety principles.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Strong communication skills with the confidence to influence stakeholders across the business.
* Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and data analysis.
* GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent).
Desirable experience includes:
* Six Sigma Green Belt.
* IOSH qualification.
* Laboratory testing experience.
* ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 knowledge.
