Location: The practice is based in Lincoln and easily commutable from Newark-on-Trent, Market Rasen, Gainsborough, Sleaford and Woodhall Spa. However ,there is a relocation package available for the right candidate!
Salary: £75,000 - £90,000 DOE + Excellent Benefits including:

Lead and support the veterinary team while maintaining a varied clinical caseload.
Deliver outstanding first-opinion consultations, diagnostics and surgery.
Drive clinical governance, mentoring and continuous improvement across the practice.

Encourage a collaborative, supportive and positive team culture.
What We're Looking For:
RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon with strong GP medical and surgical experience.
Previous leadership, mentoring or senior clinical experience.
Committed to maintaining exceptional clinical standards and supporting colleague development.
Confident communicator with excellent organisational skills.
Commercial awareness and the ability to support and develop a successful team.
Official Veterinarian (OV) status is desirable, although training can be supported.
