Main Responsibilities of the Conveyancing Lawyer:
- Handle a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions
- Provide clear and concise advice to clients on all aspects of the conveyancing process
- Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents related to residential conveyancing
- Manage transactions from instruction to completion, ensuring that deadlines are met, and clients are kept fully informed
- We ensure all employees receive the training for the anti-money laundering regulations, meet the Lexcel standards and compliance within the property industry
- Attention to detail and the ability to work on your own initiative
- Strong administration skills, well organised, and able to multitask
- Strong communication skills
- Team player with the ability to organise your own workload and adapt and prioritise quickly
