Job Title: Associate - Residential Property

Hours: Permanent, Full-Time
Salary: £54k - £70k
We are working in partnership with a highly regarded law firm that is seeking an experienced Residential Property Associate to join their thriving team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a lawyer with experience handling complex and high-value residential property transactions to take ownership of their case load while developing towards Senior Associate level with full training and support.
- Manage your own case load of high-net-worth and complex residential property transactions.
- Build strong client relationships while developing your own network.
- Play a key role in the growth and long-term success of the department.
- Get involved in wider firm activities, including business development and social initiatives.

About You:
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with strong residential property experience (high-value/complex matters).
- 2+ PQE (but applications welcomed from those at the right level regardless)
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is an advantage but not essential.
- Commercially minded with an interest in marketing and business development.
- Personable, client-focused, and enthusiastic about helping clients achieve their goals.
