What you will do
* Provide essential care and support to clients in their homes and communities.
* Support people with moving and handling and personal care when required.
* Help maintain comfort, safety and wellbeing at all times.
* Work with healthcare professionals to deliver person centred care.
What you need
* Right to work in the UK.
* At least six months of paid UK care experience in the last three years.
* Registration for applicants in Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland such as SSSC, SCW or NISSC. This is not required in England.
* Strong communication and people skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
