The Role
* Internal Sales / Sales Support
* Handling inbound sales enquiries
* Processing customer orders
* Preparing and following up quotations
* Providing product advice and technical support
* Managing customer requirements from enquiry through to order
* Building strong customer relationships
* Liaising with customers across the sector
* Working closely with the wider branch and sales team
* Developing knowledge across Plumbing & Heating and building services products
* Providing a high level of customer service

* Previous sales, internal sales or customer service experience
* Confident communicating with customers
* Strong telephone and communication skills
* Customer-focused and commercially aware
* Organised and able to manage multiple enquiries
* Comfortable working within a busy sales environment
* Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
* Good attention to detail
* Sales-driven and personable
