The Role
As a Nursery Room Leader, you will:
Lead, inspire and support a small team of nursery practitioners
Create a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment for all children
Plan and deliver engaging activities that support children's development in line with the EYFS
Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents and staff
Monitor progress, complete observations and maintain accurate records
Ensure safeguarding, health and safety and all statutory requirements are met
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
Level 3 qualified (or above) in Early Years / Childcare
Experienced in leading or mentoring staff within an early years setting
Confident with the EYFS framework and child development practices
A strong communicator with excellent organisational skills
Passionate about creating enriching learning experiences
