We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Operative to join our clients team based on the outskirts of Oakham. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the production process, ensuring that products are manufactured to the highest quality standards. You will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with fellow associates to meet production targets while maintaining safety and efficiency.
Duties
* Operate various manufacturing equipment and machinery in accordance with established procedures.
* Monitor production processes and perform quality checks to ensure compliance with specifications.
* Assist in the assembly of products, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
* Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
* Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors promptly.
* Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production goals and improve operational efficiency.
Experience
* Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
* Familiarity with operating machinery or tools is advantageous.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
