Responsibilities
Servicing access equipment for businesses around Northamptonshire and across the UK
Carrying out preventative maintenance and product installations
Developing an strong understanding of the company’s product range, carrying out manufacturer training when required
Reporting to the Service Manager to ensure all equipment servicing is carried out efficiently
Coordinating with the customers, resolving any queries to the customers’ satisfactionRequirements
The company have a preference for an individual from a powered access background ideally with experience of working in field service. You will be able to work well on your own with your own initiative and have good customer facing skills. Ultimately, the company are after an individual with the right attitude and work ethic. In terms of location, you can be based anywhere around the Northamptonshire area and nationally.

£35000.00 - £40000.00 per year
