We have an exciting opportunity for a QA Team Leader based in Milton Keynes for one of our clients on a Full time permanent basis. 

Summary of the QA Team Leader role 

Salary: Competitive 
Location: Milton Keynes 
Type of Contract: Permanent  
Hours: Monday – Friday 8.30am-4.30pm 

Responsibilities of the QA Team Leader

Lead the Quality Assurance team
Maintain and continuously improve the integrated management system
Ensure all processes and documentation remain compliant
Plan, conduct and support internal audits
Lead investigations
Promote and support continuous improvement initiatives
Monitor and report on quality KPIs and trends
Work closely with other functions to resolve quality issues
Requirements for a successful QA Team Leader

Previous experience in a quality assurance role within manufacturing
Experience in leading or supporting internal and external audits
Experience in leading or supervising a team
Strong problem solving skills
Good communication skills
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
