Manufacturing / Project Engineer (Progression to Production Manager)

£40,000 - £55,000 + Specialist Training + Management Career Progression + Holiday + Profit Bonus + Production KPI Bonus

Factory Based, Commutable from Hereford, Worcestershire, Ross-on-Wye, Leominster and surrounding areas

Are you from a Manufacturing background or similar looking to be involved in the development of a brand-new engineering facility, with a role where you will be fully supported to grow into a leadership position with no management experience required, allowing you to take the next step in your career?

This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly technical team with the vision of progressing into a management position, through excellent training and support all whilst overseeing exciting projects and having a crucial impact on their success as they launch a brand-new facility

This company have over 70 employees and are industry experts, they are rapidly expanding, due to company investment and are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to join their company and become a part of their close-knit team.

You will be involved in all aspects of the manufacturing process, from the opening of a brand-new facility and leading projects to build new production lines, continuous improvement to improve efficiency and quality, compliance, and more.

This role would suit someone who enjoys process improvement or project engineering and has a background in manufacturing engineering, looking to further develop your career in a management role (no management experience needed).

The Role:
*Managing the Production legislation, Lean and Six Sigma
*Implementing, Managing, and Improving production standards across the manufacturing line
*Opportunity to further your career into management

The Person:
*Looking to progress into Manufacturing Management
*Background in manufacturing
