What You'll Do:
- Build and nurture trusted relationships with private equity stakeholders, portfolio CXO’s and transaction advisors
- Align Persistent’s capabilities along various phases of the asset lifecycle and constantly create value for portfolio companies
- Be an orchestrator of vertical sales teams and practitioners in running complex engagements like carve outs, and large digital transformation programs
Expertise You’ll Bring:
- Senior sales leader with prior engineering/IT services or consulting experience
- Experience in selling into private equity (or portfolio companies) is required
- Strong academic credentials with deep knowledge of business growth strategy and the risk/return characteristics of private equity investment opportunities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
