Opportunity to join the UK M&A practice of an Elite US Law Firm in London.
We are looking for an individual with 2-4 years' relevant UK post qualification experience ideally in the London market.
Key Requirements:
- Extensive experience in complex M&A transactions and cross-border deal management
- Proven ability to work on complex, high-profile, cross-border transactions, advising clients on all aspects of public and private M&A
- Demonstrated experience executing transactions from inception to completion
- Experience in corporate M&A at a top tier law firm
- Confident, commercially-minded, and capable of managing sophisticated clients and transactions
- Track record of delivering exceptional client service and building strong client relationships
- Experience supervising or mentoring junior lawyers and / or trainees
