Are you an experienced Labourer? Regional Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a industry-leading Construction company that are looking for a new individual to join their team on a temporary basis, with the opportunity to go permanent for the right person. Roles & Responsibilities
Assist with general labouring duties on site
Support skilled trades as required
Load, unload, and handle materials
Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Follow all health, safety, and security procedures, particularly on secure sites
Requirements
Full driving licence and able to drive
No criminal record and able to pass required background checks for work in prisons
Willing to work up to 10-hour days, including travel time
Able to work away from home at least one week per month (including shared accommodation)
Available to work 2 Saturdays per month
Full availability - we cannot accommodate school pick-ups, drop-offs, or childcare commitments
Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on work
Qualifications
CSCS Card
Strong work ethic and reliability
Willingness to learn and progress
Ability to work as part of a team
Working Conditions
Work is performed primarily on secure construction sites
Requires standing, walking, lifting, and physically demanding tasks
May require travel and working away from home for periods
Working away (hotel paid for)
What's on Offer
£155 per day starting rate, increasing to £145 per day upon passing NVQ Level 2
Long-term earning potential of up to £200 per day within 5 years, based on performance and commitment
20 days paid holiday per year plus bank holidays
