The school promotes an inclusive and nurturing environment, with supportive staff working collaboratively in small class settings to help every child succeed.
The school is looking to appoint a part-time, long-term SEND Teaching Assistant to start in September.
The successful SEND Teaching Assistant will have:
Experience supporting children and young people with SEND
Strong knowledge of a range of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities
Excellent behaviour management skills
The ability to adapt learning to suit individual pupils
A proactive, positive attitude with the confidence to use your own initiative
Flexibility and a willingness to get stuck in as part of the wider school team
