Teaching Personnel is proud to be working with a mixed secondary academy located in Havant, seeking a Teacher of Science to join the department for September 2026.

The role:
Our partnering school is looking for highly motivated and committed individuals with evidence of consistently ‘good’ or better teaching to join their science team. Whether you are an ECT or an experienced teacher, you will be enthusiastic, hardworking and energetic, with the tenacity and drive to improve outcomes for all students and help every learner achieve their full potential. By joining the school, you will become part of a welcoming, motivated, and supportive Science department.
The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 Science across a range of abilities, preparing students for GCSE success. Experience of working with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) is essential, as many students benefit from additional support and creative approaches to learning.
This role would be particularly suitable for an ECT looking for a nurturing and supportive environment within a smaller secondary school, where experienced Science specialists will be available to coach and mentor you as you begin your career.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
