This is a rare opportunity to join a live project with around 18 months remaining, working on the refurbishment and fit-out of an exclusive private residence.

Commercial lead on a £17m super-prime residential refurbishment
Procurement and management of subcontract packages
CVRs, valuations, variations and final accounts
Working closely with the Project Manager and Commercial Director
Site-based role with long-term continuity
