Secondary School | Part-Time (Wed-Fri) | Early November until Christmas Break
Horizon Teachers is looking for a confident, resilient Pastoral and Behaviour Support Assistant to join a well-regarded secondary school in Ashford, Surrey on a fixed-term basis. This is a hands-on role supporting students and staff in the run-up to Christmas, with a mix of pastoral work and general cover.
The role:
Pastoral and behaviour support, with some general cover supervision
Wednesday to Friday (3 days a week)
Start: beginning of November, running until the Christmas break
Supporting students with behaviour, engagement, and wellbeing
Competitive daily rate, dependent on experienceWe’re looking for someone who:
Has experience in a pastoral, behaviour support, or cover supervisor role in a secondary setting
Is confident managing challenging behaviour calmly and consistently
Builds positive relationships quickly with students and staff
Is reliable, adaptable, and happy to step into cover when needed
