Responsibilities of Branch Manager:
* Lead and motivate the branch team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service
* Oversee daily operations, including property viewings, client consultations, and transaction processes
* Manage administrative tasks such as documentation, record keeping, and compliance with company policies
* Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and community partners to expand the branch’s network
* Coordinate marketing efforts to promote listings and attract new clients
* Ensure the branch maintains high standards of organization, cleanliness, and professionalism
* Support staff development through coaching, training, and performance evaluations
Skills
* Previous Branch Manager/Assistant Branch Manager experience essential
* Proven administrative experience with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
* Strong communication skills to clearly convey information and foster positive relationships with clients and team members
* Exceptional organizational skills to oversee daily operations, schedules, and property listings
* Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate a team and handle challenging situations confidently
* A proactive attitude with a passion for property sales and customer service excellence
* Full UK driving licence
Salary £35,000 OTE £50,000 pa
Uncapped commission with annual bonus
Car allowance/Company car after probation
