Proactive Personnel are currently recruiting for an Administrator on behalf of our client based on Wrexham Industrial Estate.
We are looking for an organised and reliable individual to provide administrative support within a busy working environment.
Key Duties
* General administration and data entry
* Answering telephone calls and responding to emails
* Processing and maintaining paperwork
* Updating internal systems and spreadsheets
* Filing and maintaining accurate records
* Liaising with colleagues and other departments
* Assisting with any additional administrative duties as required
What We’re Looking For
* Previous administration experience would be advantageous
* Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
* Confident telephone manner
* Good communication and organisational skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Reliable and able to work well as part of a team
