This is a permanent, full-time daytime role, working Monday to Friday, with flexibility required during peak periods. Offering a salary of £32,000 - £36,000 per annum, depending on skills and experience. Regular travel across other Bleckmann sites will be required as part of the role.
Responsibilities and tasks:
Responsible for providing HR support across multiple sites, advising managers on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with employment legislation, and delivering effective HR administration.
- Advise and support managers on employee relations matters, including disciplinaries, grievances, absence, and performance management
- Build strong relationships with managers and stakeholders, providing practical and commercially focused HR advice
- Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with UK employment law
- Manage HR administration, including recruitment, contracts, payroll liaison, and employee lifecycle activities
- Maintain accurate HR records and produce reports to support business decision-making
- Support employee engagement, retention, and training initiatives
Profile:
- Proven experience in an HR Advisor role with a strong employee relations focus
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build effective working relationships
- Good knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices
- Experience in a fast-paced or multi-site environment (logistics experience desirable)
- Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- CIPD qualified or working towards CIPD qualification is desirable
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between sites as required
