Temporary 3-Month Contract | Starting September
We are currently seeking a friendly and organised Receptionist / Administration Assistant to join a busy educational environment on a temporary 3-month basis, starting in September.
This role will primarily involve front-of-house reception duties, welcoming visitors and handling enquiries, while also providing administrative support to the wider team.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing the reception area and greeting visitors
Answering and directing telephone calls
Handling incoming emails and enquiries
General administrative duties including data entry, filing and document preparation
Supporting staff with day-to-day administrative tasksWorking Hours:
Monday, Thursday and Friday
08:00am - 4:30pm
30-minute lunch break each day
24 hours per weekThis is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a busy, people-focused environment and is available to start in September.
