The Role - Administrator

Key Responsibilities of the Administrator

Managing incoming enquiries by phone and email

Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate records

Coordinating daily schedules, tasks or activities for teams

Preparing documentation, reports and general correspondence

Monitoring shared inboxes and distributing information appropriately

Supporting colleagues with day‑to‑day administrative tasks

Liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow

General office administration as required
