Hales Group are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Production Operative to join one of our reputable clients based near Thetford. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a long-term role, with the potential to secure a permanent position within a well-established company.
Key Responsibilities:
Working on a fast-paced production line
Assisting with manufacturing and packaging processes
Handling and lifting heavy materials as part of daily duties
Ensuring products meet quality standards
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Learning and supporting all aspects of the production process What We're Looking For:
A positive and proactive attitude
Physically fit and comfortable with heavy lifting
Willingness to learn and take on varied tasks
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
