The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

As a Learning Partner, you will play a critical role in designing, delivering and embedding high impact learning programmes that directly support business priorities, build capability, accelerate employee growth and enable business performance. You will ensure learning is embedded within the Career Framework and aligned to strategic people priorities. This is a hands on, delivery focused role that blends facilitation, programme coordination and learner experience design.
Role Details:
• Annual salary up to £63,000 dependent on skills and experience
• Annual-on-target bonus of up to 10% subject to business performance
• Contract type: Permanent
• Eligible to join Private Medical Scheme
• Annual leave of 25 days per annum plus bank holidays and opportunity to buy an additional 5 days each year.
In this role you will be required to:
• Collaborate with the Head of Talent and Learning to deliver learning initiatives aligned with the Career Framework and the people priorities in the business strategy.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify and prioritise development opportunities across the organisation.
• Design, implement and facilitate engaging and impactful learning solutions for employees at all levels, using a blend of formats and methodologies.
• Provide expert guidance and consultancy to stakeholders on learning solutions that support business performance and career growth.
• Collaborate with HR colleagues and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of learning initiatives.
• Evaluate the effectiveness and impact of learning initiatives through data and insights, generating recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Keep up to date with external best practice and integrate innovations where appropriate to increase effectiveness and impact.
