You will be ambitious, passionate about teaching, and confident in delivering engaging lessons within your subject specialism.

Responsibilities
* Planning, delivering and marking lessons
* Providing constructive written and verbal feedback to students
* Using formative and summative assessment to monitor and support progress
* Attending departmental meetings and communicating effectively with parents and carers
* Sharing best practice within and beyond the department
* Leading extracurricular and enrichment activities to extend learning beyond the classroom
Qualifications / Requirements
Successful candidates should:
* Hold a PGCE with a relevant bachelor’s degree, a Bachelor of Education, or international equivalent
* Hold an up-to-date DBS certificate (or be willing to obtain one)
* Possess excellent subject knowledge
* Have a strong understanding of the British Curriculum
* Maintain high standards of classroom practice
* Work collaboratively and creatively with colleagues
*The advertised pay scale is based on the Teacher Pay Scale from M1 to M6. Actual pay will reflect relevant teaching experience.
