Full-Time | Split Shift | ASAP Start
Tradewind Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Primary School Caretaker to join a welcoming primary school in Stockport. This is a full-time, split shift position with an immediate start.
The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining a safe, secure, and well-presented school environment, ensuring the site is ready for staff, pupils, and visitors each day.
The ideal candidate will have:
Previous experience working as a School Caretaker, Site Supervisor, or in a similar facilities role.
Knowledge of general maintenance, health and safety, and site security.
The ability to work independently and manage a varied workload.
A proactive, reliable, and flexible approach to work.The role includes:
Opening and closing the school site.
Carrying out general maintenance and minor repairs.
Ensuring the school premises are safe, secure, and clean.
Monitoring contractors and reporting maintenance issues.
