The Role
* Managing customer enquiries, policy changes, and renewals
* Providing a high level of service across inbound calls and queries
* Building strong, lasting relationships with clients
* Identifying opportunities to cross-sell relevant products
* Working across multiple systems and adapting to new processes
* Ensuring accuracy and compliance within a regulated environment

* Experience within insurance OR a professional customer service environment
* A confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
* A proactive, self-starting approach
* Ability to learn and retain information quickly
