Ready to take your Quantity Surveying career to the next level? We’re looking for a dynamic, commercially focused professional to help drive major investment programmes and ensure we deliver brilliant services for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the commercial management of repairs, voids, compliance and planned works.
* Take ownership of valuations, variations, forecasting and final accounts.
* Review and manage schedules of rates (including NHF).
* Support tenders, procurement and contractor performance.
* Produce sharp, accurate financial reports and forecasts.
* Spot efficiencies, drive value for money and support long‑term planning.
* Maintain strong audit trails and ensure full compliance with regulations.
What we’re looking for
* A proven track record delivering construction or housing-related contracts.
* Strong financial and commercial skills in a multi‑stakeholder environment.
* Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
* Confident understanding of risk, planning, building legislation and NHF SoRs.
* Degree in Quantity Surveying (professional memberships are a bonus).
* A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
