The Role
As a Supply Teaching Assistant, you could be:
* Supporting pupils on a one-to-one basis.
* Working with small intervention groups.
* Assisting teachers in the classroom.
* Supporting pupils with SEN, SEMH, ASD, ADHD and additional learning needs.
* Encouraging confidence, engagement and independence.
* Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience working with children or young people.
* Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant or SEN experience is desirable.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
* A positive, adaptable and proactive attitude.
* A genuine passion for supporting young people to achieve their potential.
* Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.

Salary will be dependent upon proven experience, qualifications, and the expectations and requirements of the role.
