The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.
A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Mill Operative working for a well-established and prestigious company based in Shipdham, Norfolk.
This is a full-time temporary position, with the potential to become a permanent position after 3 months.
Working Hours: Nights Shift:
The working hours are Monday to Friday 18:00 to 06:00. You will work a 48hr week with 10hrs at basic & 2hr a day at overtime rate. With 2 x 30min paid breaks (weekend working expected during busy periods).

Skills & Qualifications:
* Flexibility & Adaptability, with a good working attitude.

* Must have a forklift truck licence (ideally counterbalance)
* Applicants must have a full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
Key Duties:
* Picking and re-palletising daily orders accurately, stock counts, to assist with maintaining stock levels and adhering to stock rotation procedures
* Manual heavy lifting.
* Carry out and record Daily Safety Inspections for operated mobile plant.
* Ensuring Finished Product is presented to the customer in a clean and tidy state.
* General housekeeping duties within the Warehouse Facilities
* Ensure damaged bags / rework are recorded accurately and in a timely manner.
* Comply with and uphold all aspects of the Company’s health & Safety instructions, requirements and policies.
* Work always within the framework and requirements of the Company’s obligations to the Universal Feed Assurance Scheme (UFAS)
* Serve Customers and help with loading and unloading vehicles
* Provide support and cover for all team members
