The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

Our client is a well-respected international brand known for delivering exceptional customer experiences. They are seeking a Data & Insight Manager to lead a critical Customer Experience (CX) programme during an exciting period of change.
This is far more than a traditional data role. While you'll use insight to influence decisions, your primary focus will be leading the implementation of a new customer experience platform, managing supplier relationships, and driving business-wide engagement with the programme.
Customer experience sits at the heart of the business, directly influencing customer retention, service revenue, and long-term success.
The Role
Working closely with senior leaders, operational teams and external partners, you will:
Lead the organisation's Customer Experience programme.
Manage the implementation and embedding of a new CX platform.
Coordinate stakeholders and drive project delivery across the business.
Manage third-party suppliers, ensuring delivery against expectations.
Translate customer feedback and data into practical business recommendations.
Provide tools, insights and reporting that support operational performance.
Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction, retention and revenue.
Support and develop one direct report.
What We're Looking For

Proven project management and change delivery experience.
