Responsibilities:
* Deliver personalised learning sessions
* Support the student’s academic progress in core subjects such as English and Maths as well as other subjects
* Adapt teaching strategies to meet individual learning needs
* Build a positive and encouraging learning environment
Requirements:
* Experience working with children in across Key Stage 1 through to Key Stage 4
* Strong understanding of the national curriculum
* Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills
* Ability to engage and motivate learners
* Relevant qualifications or teaching experience preferred
