The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.
We are seeking dedicated and qualified Registered General Nurses to join our care team. This role involves delivering high standards of nursing care, supervising care staff, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans

Provide clinical care including wound management, medication administration, and monitoring of long-term conditions

Supervise and support care staff in daily duties

Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure compliance with CQC standards

Liaise with doctors, families, and external healthcare professionals

Ensure safeguarding, infection control, and health & safety policies are followed
*
Administer flu vaccinations in line with clinical guidelines and best practices
*
Participate in annual flu vaccination drives, including community or care home-based programmes
*
Maintain proper storage, handling, and documentation of vaccines
Key Requirements:

Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN
*
Proven clinical experience in a healthcare or care home setting
*
Previous experience or training in administering flu vaccinations
*
Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
*
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
*
Compassion and commitment to delivering high-quality care
*
Ability to work flexible shifts, including agency assignments
*
Membership with RCNi or an equivalent body or proof of indemnity insurance

Understanding of MAR Charts, Medicine administrations, and relevant trainings
Desirable Skills:

Knowledge of dementia and palliative care

Ability to train and mentor junior staff
