What you will be doing:
This is a structured career path within the business where, with full training, you will work as part of a supportive team on-site and play a critical role in keeping manufacturing processes running smoothly

Throughout the two-year programme, you will gain an in-depth understanding of the client's end-to-end state of the art manufacturing processes, helping to produce well-known dairy products.
This is a fantastic opportunity to start a long-term career in manufacturing, with clear progression pathways into various roles within production. Here are some of the areas of the business where you will gain experience :
Logistics - hands‑on experience in the cold‑store and warehouse including order picking and learning to operate associated equipment including forklift
Dairy production - gaining experience working with a number of product lines, operating and managing a range of different machinery and working with automated processes
Developing knowledge - including Food Safety legislation and Health & Safety What you will need:
Due to our client's location you need to be able to drive
Aged 18 or over and have lived in the UK for at least three years What you will receive in return:

£21,000 per annum, with an increase following successful completion of the first year of the Apprenticeship
