Leading teams across multiple shift patterns, you'll create a culture built on accountability, collaboration, engagement and continuous improvement. You'll work closely with teams across the wider business, influencing decisions, driving change and ensuring manufacturing remains a strong competitive advantage for the Group.

You may already be an experienced senior leader, or you may be ready to take the next step in your career and have demonstrated strong leadership potential through your ability to develop others, lead change and deliver results. We're interested in individuals who naturally build trust, create high-performing teams and positively influence those around them. Strong commercial awareness, excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to balance strategic thinking with operational delivery will be important for success in this role.
